Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a jj22 account holder.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a jj22 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jj22 does not permit individuals under 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing jj22 from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individuals by applicable law.
• You must not have a pre-existing jj22 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jj22 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — either through jj22 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme — that covers online betting or casino activity.

jj22 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jj22 support may result in account suspension and the freezing of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Account Responsibilities

As a registered jj22 account holder, you accept full and sole responsibility for the following:

• Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj22 Login username and password. • One Account Per Person: Registering or operating more than one jj22 account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts linked to the same individual are identified, jj22 reserves the right to close all but one account and may void any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jj22 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your jj22 account:

• Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The available methods displayed in your jj22 account cashier at the time of transaction are the current supported options.
• Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the jj22 cashier and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to check current thresholds before initiating a transaction.

• CNIC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request will be processed. This is a one-time requirement. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
• jj22 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside jj22's control.
• jj22 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, incomplete verification, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all jj22 betting markets and casino products. Product-specific rules are available within each game or market on the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets placed on jj22 cricket markets — including PSL matches, bilateral Test series, T20 internationals, and ICC tournaments — are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play betting odds are updated in real time and the odds confirmed at the moment you submit a bet are the odds that apply to that bet.
• jj22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical fault) or where the outcome of the event was already determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live human croupiers as appropriate. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panel.
• Live dealer game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and specific side-bet rules are displayed within the live table interface. jj22 is not responsible for errors made by a player who has not read the table rules before placing a wager.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the market closes, the bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn by the player. jj22 will only void confirmed bets in the circumstances described above or where required by the applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, game type, and account tier.

Bonuses & Promotions

jj22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing account holders. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated for each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable in their original form. They must be converted to real-money balance by meeting the wagering requirement specified for each offer before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on qualifying bets only. Bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold specified in the promotion terms do not count toward wagering requirements.
• jj22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have satisfied its wagering requirement, the unconverted bonus balance will be removed from your account but any real-money winnings already generated will be retained.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• jj22 may apply maximum win caps to certain bonus offers. Where a maximum win cap applies, it will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from your account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds within your PKR Wallet are played in sequence. Real-money balance is wagered first before bonus funds are drawn upon, unless specified otherwise in the individual offer terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jj22. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether successfully or by attempt — may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund a jj22 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players — whether on the same cricket market or at the same casino table — for the purpose of manipulating outcomes or extracting value from the platform in an artificial manner.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on matches or events where you have prior knowledge of, or are involved in, fixing the outcome. jj22 cooperates fully with cricket governing bodies and law enforcement agencies in investigations related to match fixing.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the jj22 platform in a manner not performed by a live human being.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across jj22 markets or between jj22 and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee risk-free profit. jj22 reserves the right to limit or close accounts that display consistent arbitrage-style betting patterns.
• Money Laundering: Using the jj22 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jj22 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) investigations.
• Underage Access: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent an individual under 21 from accessing a jj22 account registered in your name.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used to play on jj22. Any account linked to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jj22 platform — including but not limited to the jj22 logo, brand name, website design, game graphics, betting interface, promotional materials, written content, and underlying software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jj22 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the jj22 platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming entertainment only. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any jj22 content.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any jj22 software or game engine.
• The right to create derivative works based on jj22 content or branding.
• The right to use the jj22 brand name or logo in any third-party context without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of jj22 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj22 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special — arising out of or in connection with your use of the jj22 platform, including but not limited to:

• Betting losses or casino losses incurred through normal gameplay on the jj22 platform.
• Loss of access to the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or internet connectivity issues on your end or the platform's end.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market information caused by a technical error, provided jj22 takes reasonable steps to correct the error upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jj22's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. jj22's total aggregate liability to any user for claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Suspension & Termination

jj22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may trigger suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity or patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• The account holder being identified as deceased.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance held in your PKR Wallet — after deduction of any bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jj22 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.

You may close your jj22 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal market rules.

Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the jj22 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact jj22 support to close your account.
